Smaller/lighter items ship via Ground service and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Larger/bulk items ship via freight carrier and usually arrive within 7-14 business days.

FREE shipping on all domestic US orders. All our prices include shipping to the lower 48 US States. We will provide worldwide shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.

All items are flat packaged and feature a unique inner configuration and outer packaging that offers a very high level of protection from shipping damage.

All items are shipped either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or Freight carrier depending on location and weight of order. We only ship to physical addresses, not to PO Boxes or nontraditional addresses.

All our products are made of 100% durable solid wood--no particleboard or MDF is used which means no harmful formaldehyde emissions

Only kid-safe non-toxic lead-free paint is used in compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s requirements.

We use only 100% solid wood from responsibly managed, renewable plantations—no MDF, no particleboard, and no added formaldehyde. Every piece is kiln‑dried for durability and shaped with time‑honored woodworking techniques that ensure long‑lasting quality and a healthier home environment.

The assembly instructions are available to download on each product so you can review prior to purchasing. The instructions are visual and all parts are numbered.

The shelves can hold at least 50 lbs. of weight.

While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your furniture, we do accept returns under the following conditions: Return shipping costs are not covered by Palace Imports. Palace Imports’ furniture must be returned in its original packaging all in the same state in which it was received - new and undamaged and not having been assembled, with all parts included and arranged in the same configuration in which they were sent from our facility; this is very important as the inner configuration protects furniture from shipping damage.
