Return policy

Please note that all of our furniture is shipped in a knocked-down (unassembled) state. Therefore, if any parts arrive damaged or are missing, there is no need to return the entire item. We will promptly ship replacement parts at no cost to you.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In new, undamaged condition

• Unassembled

• In the original packaging, with all parts included

• Returned in the exact internal configuration in which it was shipped, as this ensures protection during transit

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Palace Imports. Returns not following the procedure above may be subject to additinal charges. Please request return HERE.
