SHIPPING POLICY

All our prices include shipping to the lower 48 US States. We will quote shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii upon request. All items are flat packaged and feature a unique inner configuration and outer packaging that offers a very high level of protection from shipping damage.  All items are shipped via Fedex Ground. We only ship to physical addresses, not to PO Boxes or nontraditional addresses.  

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, while we hope that you are completely satisfied with your furniture, we do accept returns under the following conditions:  Return shipping costs are not covered by Palace Imports.  Palace Imports’ furniture must be returned in its original packaging all in the same state in which it was received - new and undamaged and not having been assembled, with all parts included and arranged in the same configuration in which they were sent from our facility; this is very important as the inner configuration protects furniture from shipping damage.
